Jo Martin, nursery manager, said:
“We discussed the lifestyle of ducks, how we care for them. We helped clean out their cages and they were also allowed to handle and hold the ducks.”
The nursery makes this a regular event to help educate the children. It also lets the little ones see how the eggs are cared for in an incubator, providing them with an eye opening experience.
