When The Southbank Centre invited us to set up a hatching display at the Hatfield House annual LolliBop Festival, we couldn’t refuse! It was a wonderful, fun-filled weekend, blessed by blue skies and bright sunshine – At least some of the time! Chicks and ducklings hatched before excited eyes and many hundreds of children learned a little about how to care for living creatures using non-intensive, traditional free-range farming methods.
